Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used packages under any circumstances.

Eligible for Replacement
You are eligible for a free replacement if: • The product is damaged or leaking on arrival • The package seal is broken • You received a wrong item • The product delivered is expired
In such cases, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos as proof.
